With a Harvest Scale System, each plant that you grow is tagged with a unique plant identifier which is a weather proof bar-coded plastic tag. It can also contain the human readable name or location that the plant is within the nursery.
Then with our "Scale-UP" cellular module this information is sent instantly to the cloud for review and reporting in our cloud based software package that is available on any device with an internet connection.
No cellular connection where your nursery is?... No problem, all weight information is saved to a local SQLite database and can be exported directly to a flash drive by simply plugging it into the scale at the end of the day.
Then with a few clicks it is uploaded to the cloud back in the office for easy viewing and report generation. |
When harvesting plant cuttings; the scale operator prunes what is needed, places it on the scale, and with a single scan of the plant ID tag captures: the time and date, plant identifier, operator ID, zone or location within the nursery and potentially more.
